Phoebe The Moon Deity

Grads in Games Rising Star 2023 entry for the character category.  The theme I choose was ethereal grace. 

So far I’ve only really created characters from other pre-existing concepts, so for this challenge I wanted to created a game-ready character from scratch. 

Unfortunately, I ran into an unexpected family situation with a close family relative passing away. I couldn’t finish this project in time but in the end decided to submit what I had anyway. This document and project is incomplete for the contest, but I am going to complete it for myself and my portfolio after the submission deadline.
